Information we collect

• Animal inquiries: your name, email, optional phone number, city and state, preferred contact method, message, and the animal you ask about.
• Seller submissions: your contact details, animal count, species, morph or genetics, age, sex, asking price, description, and any photos you upload. Original photo files may include embedded metadata; remove information you do not want to share before uploading.
• Technical information: our hosting and security services process information such as IP addresses, request times, pages requested, and browser details to deliver and protect the website. Inquiry and submission records also store a hashed IP identifier to limit spam.
• Administrator accounts: authorized administrators have account details, protected sign-in credentials, and session records. Browsing and saving animals do not require a visitor account.

This website does not have an online checkout or collect payment-card details through its forms. Please do not include payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message.

How we use information

We use information to respond to questions, review animals offered for sale, arrange agreed pickup or shipping, maintain related records, and operate and protect the website. The contact permission on our forms is for following up on your inquiry or submission.

Who can receive information

Information is available to the people managing the Las Vegas Reptiles collection and to service providers supporting those activities. Cloudflare provides website hosting, database and photo storage, security, performance analytics, and email delivery. Contact notifications are sent to the collection managers’ email inboxes, which use Google/Gmail.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect people or property, or establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell information collected through this website or share it for targeted advertising.

Public animal profiles and approved listing photos are visible to website visitors. Sending a seller submission does not automatically publish it. Your contact details are not displayed as part of a public animal profile.

Browser storage and tracking

The Saved reptiles feature stores animal references in your browser’s local storage. That shortlist is not synced to a visitor account. Remove individual animals, use Clear list on the Saved page, or clear this website’s data in your browser to remove it.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and website performance, including page views, referring sites, approximate country, browser and device categories, and page-load measurements. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics or fingerprint visitors. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics information.

Administrator sign-in uses session cookies. Hosting and security services may also use information needed to provide and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies or embed trackers to follow visitors across other websites. Our hosting and email providers process service information under their own privacy policies.

Storage, retention, and security

Submitted information is stored in the website’s private administration system, and contact notifications are retained in the managers’ email inboxes. Uploaded photos are stored with our hosting provider. These providers may process information outside your state or country, including in the United States.

Inquiry and submission records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. We retain records for follow-up, collection management, and applicable recordkeeping needs. You can request correction or deletion using the contact address below; some information may need to remain for legal obligations or resolving disputes.

We use access controls and secure connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

Contact tinojreyes@gmail.com to ask about information you submitted, request access or correction, request deletion, or ask us to stop following up. Include the email used in your submission and enough detail to locate it. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

This email is also our designated address for Nevada requests not to sell covered information. We do not sell that information. We respond to verified Nevada sale opt-out requests within 60 days, or notify you if an additional period permitted by law is needed.

Children’s information

Our inquiry and seller services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be identified here, and we will provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by law before applying them.
