Animal profiles and availability

Each profile describes an individual animal using available records and owner information. Estimated dates, unconfirmed genetics, and other uncertainties are identified where known. Contact us to confirm current details, condition, feeding, handling, availability, and price before making arrangements.

Listings and prices may change before a sale is agreed. A profile, saved favorite, or submitted inquiry does not reserve an animal or complete a purchase. Animals marked Not for sale are shown as part of the collection and are not offered for purchase. A reserved profile may accept backup inquiries without guaranteeing availability.

Agreeing to a sale

The website accepts inquiries, not online payments. Before payment or transfer, we and the buyer must agree on the specific animal, price, any deposit, pickup or shipping arrangements, and any applicable cancellation, refund, or animal-health terms. Keep a copy of those written arrangements.

This page does not create a blanket no-refund rule or promise a health or arrival guarantee. Any transaction-specific terms must be provided and agreed before payment, subject to applicable law.

Pickup and shipping

Local pickup in Las Vegas is included in the listed price for every animal offered for sale. There is no additional pickup fee. We choose a safe meeting location in the Las Vegas area and confirm the place and time with you before pickup. Pickup is by arrangement; an inquiry does not establish a pickup appointment.

Follow the shipping options stated on the individual animal’s profile. Local pickup only means shipping is not offered for that animal. A shipping estimate is an additional charge only if shipping is chosen; it does not apply to local pickup.

When shipping is offered, it remains subject to applicable laws, carrier requirements, and safe conditions along the entire route. An estimate is not a final shipping quote. Timing, destination, charges, and any weather-related delay must be confirmed before transfer.

Buyer and seller responsibilities

You must be at least 18 to enter into a transaction through these services. Buyers are responsible for confirming that they can lawfully receive and keep the animal, meeting permit requirements, and providing suitable housing and care.

If you submit an animal for review, you must own it or be authorized to act for its owner. Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge, distinguish confirmed facts from estimates, and disclose relevant health, feeding, temperament, and ownership concerns. Use photos you own or have permission to share. Submitting an animal does not obligate either party to buy or sell it.

Photos, descriptions, and submissions

Website branding, photos, and text belong to Las Vegas Reptiles or their respective owners. You may share links to profiles and use the site for personal browsing. Obtain permission before reusing photos, branding, or descriptions commercially.

You retain ownership of material you submit. By submitting it, you give us permission to receive, store, and review it and to contact you about it. Any use in a public listing should be agreed separately; sending a submission does not automatically create a public listing.

Acceptable use

Do not send fraudulent or unlawful submissions, impersonate others, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site. We may restrict abusive activity and decline an inquiry or submission.

Saved animals are stored in your browser. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove access to that list. We may update or temporarily interrupt the website for maintenance or other operational needs.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and questions

Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Revised website terms do not retroactively change a separately agreed sale. Contact tinojreyes@gmail.com with website or terms questions before proceeding.
